對于太陽能路燈所需鋰電池加工廠家基本都是外購鋰電電芯,怎樣保證鋰電池組的整體效果和質量,是每個鋰電池組生產廠家都要關注和研究的重要問題,今天先簡單說一下鋰電太陽能路燈的鋰電電芯的篩選問題。
相對鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)生產廠家都是大批(pi)量生產,產品(pin)的(de)參(can)數(shu)一致(zhi)(zhi)性有一定的(de)差(cha)(cha)別(bie),而(er)我們鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)太陽(yang)能路燈(deng)所(suo)用鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組一般都是要求(qiu)12V(實際是11.1V),而(er)單個鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池都是3,7V。YI因此需要將三個鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)進行串聯組合,這種情況要求(qiu)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和內阻要求(qiu)盡可能的(de)一致(zhi)(zhi),才能保(bao)證鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組的(de)整體效用和質量,一般電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓差(cha)(cha)絕對不能超過15MV.
如果電芯質量一致性較差,可以考慮做3.7V的電池組,這樣所有的鋰電池都是串在一起,(這大概也是某些廠家采用3.7伏電池組的原因吧)但是這樣的電池組對應的太陽能路燈光源輸入也就只能是3.7V,led芯片也就只能是串聯在燈具里,這樣的太陽能路燈在使用過程中,一個芯片損壞就會造成整個太陽能路燈損壞,修復也比較困難
